Knowledge centre

The Knowledge Centre facilitates patenting and other intellectual property related activities for the innovations conceptualised at ABSTCPL and various R&D teams across the Aditya Birla Group. It also caters to the technical information requirements of scientists and engineers across the Group.

Besides patent filing and maintenance, the team conducts in-house patent and literature searches and provides exhaustive reports on the results retrieved. The team further provides inputs on freedom to use technologies developed in-house or licensed-in from external parties.

The Knowledge Centre houses an extensive collection of books and journals and provides access to leading databases, ensuring that scientists and engineers have access to cutting edge information and knowledge. The Centre also publishes in-house newsletters on topics of interest.
